CANCELLATION POLICY
We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation guidelines:
1. CANCELLATION TIMELINE
- Before Packing: You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before the status on your tracker changes to "Packed" or "Shipped".
- After Packing/Shipping: Once an order has been packed, shipped, or is out for delivery, it CANNOT be cancelled.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION
- To cancel an eligible order, please message us immediately on WhatsApp (+91 98765 43210) or email support@aylah.com with your order number.
3. REFUND FOR CANCELLED PREPAID ORDERS
- Once a cancellation request is accepted, your payment will be refunded in full to your original payment source via Razorpay.
- Refunds will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank's processing cycles.
4. COD CANCELLATIONS
- For Cash on Delivery orders, no prepayment is refunded. However, we request that you cancel before dispatch to help us minimize shipping and operational costs. Repeated cancellations of COD orders at the doorstep may result in the suspension of COD privileges for your account.
