PAYMENT POLICY Aylah Fragrances offers secure, seamless payment methods to provide you with peace of mind when shopping. 1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS We offer two main methods of payment at checkout: - Secure Online Payments (Razorpay): We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, popular UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and digital wallets. - Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay cash to the delivery agent when your package is handed over. COD orders carry an additional handling charge of Rs. 60. 2. PAYMENT SECURITY & ENCRYPTION - All online transactions on our store are processed through Razorpay's 128-bit SSL encrypted secure gateway. - Aylah Fragrances does NOT store, view, or retain your card numbers, card expiry dates, CVVs, or bank login passwords. 3. FAILED TRANSACTIONS - If your transaction fails but the amount is debited from your account, it is usually held by your bank or the payment gateway. PRICING & TAXATION - All prices listed on the storefront are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. - In the rare event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount in full.
