Information regarding perfume returns, refunds, and cancellations.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Aylah Fragrances, we craft our perfumes with love and premium ingredients. Because of the personal nature of fragrances, we have established a strict but fair policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. WHEN ARE RETURNS ACCEPTED?
We accept return requests ONLY in the following circumstances:
- Wrong Product Delivered: You received a perfume variant or size different from what you ordered.
- Damaged Product: The bottle or package arrived broken or leaking.
- Manufacturing Defect: The spray mechanism does not function properly, or the bottle has a structural defect.
- Missing Item: Your package was missing an item from your order.
2. RETURN NOTIFICATION TIMELINE
You must report any issues and request a return/replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
- To request a return, email us at aylahfragrance@gmail.com with your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the package and product.
3. WHEN RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Opened perfume bottles or broken seals.
- Products that have been used or sprayed.
- Change of mind or personal scent preferences (e.g., if you do not like how a particular perfume smells on you).
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer (e.g., choosing the wrong size or variant).
4. REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINE
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product back.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement.
- Online Payments: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
- COD Orders: For COD orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to transfer the refund amount within 5–7 business days.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION
- Before Shipping: You may cancel your order at any time for a full refund before the status changes to "Packed".
- After Shipping: Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellations are not allowed. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for more details.
