You may create a customer account to track orders and save your wishlist. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. PRODUCTS & PRICING
- Fragrances, perfumes, gift sets, and accessories listed on our website are subject to availability.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to update product pricing at any time without prior notice.
- Product Images Disclaimer: We strive to display product colors and packaging as accurately as possible. However, actual packaging colors may vary slightly due to screen resolutions and lighting.
4. ORDER LIMITS & CANCELLATIONS
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or stock discrepancies.
- If we cancel a prepaid order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment source via Razorpay.
5. PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select locations. Additional COD delivery charges may apply.
- Online Payments: We accept secure online payments via Razorpay (UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets). All transactional details are processed securely.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
- We make every effort to ensure our website is continuously online and error-free. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to scheduled maintenance or network outages.
- In no event shall Aylah Fragrances be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your use of the website or purchases made on it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
