SHIPPING POLICY Aylah Fragrances offers reliable, Pan-India shipping to ensure your premium perfumes reach you safely. 1. PROCESSING TIME - All orders are processed and packed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays). - You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email as soon as your order is dispatched. 2. DELIVERY TIMELINE - Metro Cities: Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. - Rest of India: Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. - While we partner with top courier companies to ensure fast deliveries, occasionally delays may occur due to weather, regional restrictions, or public holidays. 3. SHIPPING CHARGES - Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free shipping on prepaid/online orders if the value is above Rs. 999. Orders below Rs. 999 carry a flat shipping charge of Rs. 99. - Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders incur a standard delivery and handling fee of Rs. 60 to cover processing costs by our courier partners. 4. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS - It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code and phone number. - If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping charges. 5. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES - If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate a thorough investigation with the courier partner and send you a replacement at no additional cost. - If your package arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery ataylahfragrance@gmail.com with unboxing photos.
